A top financial service firm providing comprehensive services in wealth management, pension and insurance for individual and corporate clients is currently seeking an individual with who can work independently and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This individual will join the Quality Assurance team as a Senior Manager.
Job Requirements
- Handle Group Medical or MPF business complaints
- Support and attend to investigations and enquiries from the IA/ MPFA
- File returns to the MPFA
- Maintain the conducts of intermediaries, set and implement suitable controls
- Conduct regular commission claw-back exercise
- Develop and review departmental manual, checklist, and procedure
- Support discharge of responsible officer duties under MPF guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience in complaint handling
- Familiar with Wealth & Pension businesses
- 4-8+ years in pension industry, quality assurance, accounting, and insurance experience
- Experience in dealing with regulators/ agents is highly advantageous
- Well-versed/ Good working knowledge of MPF/ Insurance Ordinance and Hong Kong insurance regulatory framework is highly preferred
- Familiar with client-service industries and has strong business acumen
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Management or other related disciplines
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
