Responsibilities:
- Compile regulatory reports using a range of data components within our SAP Business Objects proprietary Datawarehouse
- Prepare filings and respond to requests or questions from multiple government agencies including Form PF, Form SLT, Form Tic-B, Form PQR, Canadian filings, Annex IV
- Research new regulatory developments and reporting requirements, and plan for integration into existing workflows
- Contribute to projects and automation initiatives by streamlining the internal workflows of Regulatory Reporting processes
- Engage with technology teams to transition monthly and quarterly tasks away from Excel files to scalable solutions
- Complete ad-hoc projects as needed
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 4+ years of experience in a regulatory reporting role preferred. Experience with automation of regulatory monitoring systems preferred
- Experience across alternative investment strategies including credit, private equity, and real estate
- Intellectually curious self-starter capable of conducting independent research on regulatory environment changes
- Understanding of accounting concepts and financial statement analysis (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Statement of Equity)
- Proficiency manipulating large data sets
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills; macro experience preferred
- Experience in Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and SharePoint strongly preferred
