As the COO, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the operational strategies, ensuring the seamless execution of projects, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality construction, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's real estate development goals.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with real estate projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement best practices and operational efficiencies to enhance project workflows and improve overall project management.
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline real estate development processes and improve project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a COO
- Strong understanding of real estate development processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive operational improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced real estate environment.
- Understanding of EOS systems
