An alternative investment firm with over $100+ B in AUM is looking to bring on a Compliance Manager to their expanding team. This firm has a great reputation in the market and offers competitive perks and compensation. Also, the role will work directly with the Head of Compliance and is a part of a large team with room for career growth. This position will perform on a hybrid schedule in the heart of Boston!
Responsibilities :
-Reviewing and documenting advertising and marketing materials
-Regulatory filings such as Form ADV & PF
-Creating and updating compliance policies and procedures
-Responding to issues and concerns from the risk and controls team
Requirements :
-5+ years of compliance experience
-Working knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and other laws such as the 33 & 34 act
-Experience with private equity & venture funds a huge plus!
-College degree
