A full-service wealth management firm is looking to add a Compliance Associate to their New Jersey team. This position will serve as a subject matter expert on lending regulations and related banking laws, reporting directly into the Chief Compliance Officer.
Title: Compliance Associate
Salary: $80,000-$95,000/yr
Location: Morristown, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead maintenance of firm compliance through testing, reporting, documentation, and internal audit
- Conduct marketing review (including advertisements, media statement messages, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years' experience with regulatory compliance at a financial institution
- Previous experience with compliance testing
- Understanding of federal and New Jersey state regulations and banking laws regarding fair lending, mortgage disclosures, real estate settlement, etc.
- CRCM, CAMS
