Responsibilities
- Office Management: Coordinate office events, develop & implement office policies and procedures, manage office resources.
- Administrative and Secretarial Support: Assist lawyers with administrative task, manage client intake processes.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and helping/liaising as needed, answering inquiries and helping/liaising as needed,
- Reception Duties; Welcome visitors to the office, answer incoming calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Financial Management: Assist with WiPs and billing processes, generate invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable, Monitor office expenses and budgets.
