- Offering the best fit solutions for our clients' labor & employment concerns
- Drafting position statements
- Representing clients in settlement negotiations
The Labor & Employment Counsel should have the following qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Rhode Island
- Minimum 4 years of litigation experience
- Background or experience in Labor & Employment preferred
- Top ranked law firm experience is a plus
- Direct experience handling litigation matters including: discrimination, harassment, and/or wage and hour
