The Labor & Employment Associate should have the following qualifications...
- J.D. from an accredited university & licensed to practice in California.
- Minimum 4+ years of labor and employment law experience.
- Private practice experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of labor and employment law, including wage and hour, PAGA, and class action.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills.
