A large international Biotechnology company is looking for a EU Head of Commercial Compliance. The EU Head of Commercial Compliance will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the commercial compliance program. This role is remote.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the revision, improvement and implementation of policies and procedures
- Oversight of training initiatives including online training sessions
- Reporting and disclosure initiatives
- Collaboration wit colleagues to facilitate internal audit and monitoring
Requirements:
- 10+ years working within compliance in a pharma/ biotech company (commercial compliance preferred)
- 5+ years experience leading compliance/commercial pharma sales
- Developing and implementing compliance program as outlined in the EFPIA Code on Promotion of Medicines, IFPMA Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices
