Compliance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join a leading MNC based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the firm operates within relevant legal and regulatory frameworks and will play a key role in maintaining the firm's reputation and relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and implement controls
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations and best practices
- Manage relationships with regulators and external auditors
- Investigate and report any compliance breaches or suspicious activities
- Ensure the firm's AML, CDD and CTF procedures are up to date and effective
- Ensure the firm's international compliance function is effective
- Knowledge of conflicts of interest, sanctions regimes, PEPs and other high risk categories
- Understanding of offshore structures, particularly in a funds context

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification
