Responsibilities:
- Strong experience conducting brief writing
- Handle a diverse range of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Prepare witnesses and experts for testimony.
- Class action experience in a plus
