Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate value-based, and payor agreements for the company.
- Advise in compliance to healthcare regulations, HIPAA, Stark Law, AKS, Part II, SIU, Fraud Waste and Abuse, etc.
- Counsel on Medicare related matters.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership to a state bar.
- 4-10 years of experience with Managed Care agreements and Medicare. Value based agreement experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and Stark Law, as well as an understanding of emerging trends and challenges in the healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
