Charges Attorney Requirements:
- Drafting position statements
- Responding to agency requests for information
- Representing clients in settlement negotiations and mediations
Charges Attorney Qualifications:
- Federal and State level familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges on the management side
- Six years minimum of employment law experience
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Admitted to the bar in your state of residence
