This position will be supporting various internal departments and outside counsel to ensure expertise across all litigation matters. Litigation Manager's Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all active and pre-suit litigation matters for the business and its affiliated centers, including organizing external legal resources.
- Represent the company at mediations and other litigation events, while facilitating communication among doctors, staff, and employees involved in the legal process.
- Serve as the primary liaison with insurance adjusters for all insurance claims and support centers with subpoenas and document requests.
- Create legal communications for the national network of healthcare centers
- Generate reports on claims to inform the business, and collaborate with other departments to address legal issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of legal experience in healthcare
- Paralegal certification is a plus
- Versed in federal and state laws and regulations
