The Labor and Employment Associate Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Work closely with partners, senior associates, and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
The Labor and Employment Associate Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in labor and employment and commercial litigation.
- Must be barred in Florida.
- Prior law firm experience required.
