The Head of Compliance will be responsible for:​
- Developing and maintaining the company's compliance program
- Communicate with clients on changes to laws that affect the administration of insurance
- Lead the entire compliance department function

Qualifications: ​
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
- 5+ years of experience working with insurance law ​
- 5 years experience designing and managing a corporate compliance program
- Experience managing a team of direct reports
- Significant HIPAA Privacy compliance experience
- Insurance experience in life, health, annuity and/or long term care sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- J.D. preferred
