Introduction: Our client is seeking an EEOC Attorney to join their team. As an EEOC Attorney, you will be responsible for the defense of administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters through investigations. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of strong EEOC experience and a proven track record of success in the field. This is a full-time, permanent position that is remote.
Responsibilities:
- Defend administrative agency charges
- Respond to attorney demand letters through investigations
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Represent clients in EEOC proceedings
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EEOC regulations
- Stay up-to-date on changes to EEOC laws and regulations
