Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the supply chain management team
- Ensure compliance with APAC regulations and industry standards/ESG
- Regularly review and update policies and procedures to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential non-compliance
- Develop and deliver training to staff to ensure they understand the policies and procedures and are equipped to comply with them
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations
- Provide advice and support to the business on compliance matters
- Monitor and report on compliance performance to senior management

Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in a compliance role
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and monitoring compliance performance
- Experience in working with regulatory bodies and industry associations
