A major hospitality company is looking to add to their growing team and bringing on a Corporate Counsel and partner closely with the company's IT & Operations departments.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and advise on software licenses, hardware purchase agreements, SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, application services provider and other hosted services agreements.
- Analyze and manage IT security, PCI compliance and data privacy issues associated with various contracts, including GDPR, CCPA and other regulations.
- Negotiate agreements with eCommerce vendors, including online travel agencies, search engine optimization providers and blog hosting/monitoring vendors.
- Create and manage enterprise-wide technology initiatives including keyless entry, housekeeper alert systems, and hotel guestroom technologies.
Qualifications
- JD required
- 3+ years of experience in both law firm and in-house settings
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
