Responsibilities:
- Provide general corporate governance to the firm's clients.
- Serves as the General Counsel for both public and private companies.
- Comfortable working on mergers & acquisitions including management buyouts, private equity, etc..
- Capital markets working on Securities, Debt Offerings, IPO's, etc..
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal experience minimum.
- Must be able to commute into New York City.
- Admitted and good standing in New York Bar.
