A leading national client is seeking an Attorney with 2-6+ years of experience in either employment litigation, Complex Business Litigation or Insurance Defense for the Columbia office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling wage-hour class action claims and general labor & employment matters
Responsibilities:
- Handle California wage-hour class action claims cases.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
- Prepare and argue motions.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong litigation background
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to South Carolina
- 2-6 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
