The Assistant Vice President, Compliance will be responsible for…​
- Compliance onboarding
- Creating TPA oversight program
- Arranging and maintaining Fraud, AML, and Code of Conduct programs
- Responding to regulatory examinations and inquiry requests
The Assistant Vice President, Compliance should have the following qualifications: ​
- At least 5 years of compliance experience in life insurance and annuities industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations
- Strong knowledge of 38(a)(1) programs
- Strong knowledge of third party administrator oversight
- Familiar with financial crimes, fraud, and AML
