As an Associate Attorney, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of asbestos plaintiff litigation and swiftly assume responsibility for case handling. Your duties will encompass written discovery, deposition defense and prosecution, motion drafting and argumentation, and trial work as a second chair. While prior experience in these tasks and plaintiff asbestos cases is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Qualifications:
J.D. from an ABA accredited institution and admission to the California bar;
