Well-established national law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Associate (2-3 years) to join its San Francisco office.
This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking to deepen their litigation experience while working alongside a respected management-side employment team.
The Opportunity:
✅ Defending single-plaintiff employment matters (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, accommodation)
✅ Experience with PAGA claims
✅ Drafting pleadings and written discovery
✅ Drafting and arguing substantive motions
✅ Taking and defending depositions
✅ Strong legal research and writing skills
✅ Active California Bar admission
