Seraya Partners is the first Next-Generation Infrastructure investment manager investing in advanced infrastructure companies and projects in Asia. They have several proprietary platforms in high growth areas such as Green Data Centers and Renewable Energy. Its team of entrepreneurs, engineers, and investment managers have a 20-year track record in Asia of creating local champions.
They are looking for a VP, Legal to join their growing team. You will be predominantly supporting
(i) AQX K.K. a Tokyo-based digital infrastructure investment platform, targeting investments in telecom infrastructure and AI-enabling digital infrastructure across APAC; and
(ii) (ii) Astrid, targeting investments in renewable energy and energy storage solutions in Asia.to come in to assist VP to build legal processes and function.
As Seraya will be on the holding level and investment management side of things, they are looking for someone who is confident in managing stakeholders and support growth of legal team and business.

- Ivan Chern - Managing Partner (1 of 2 MPs)
- Bernard Ning Bo - Head of Asset Management & Partner
- Sue Ann Lim - CFO
Ernita - Legal, Director
- Trained as a maritime lawyer and started practice as litigator with Haridas Ho & Partners (worked directly with Managing Partner), before moving to R&T Singapore (worked directly with Head of Corporate) to do corporate work (M&A, restructuring, gen corp, employment, etc).
- In-house at ENGIE South East Asia for a few years - supported regional brownfield/greenfield projects, M&A deals, ops, co sec, disputes etc.
- Lead legal counsel at Seraya, looking to build a team. Currently managing a Legal Manager based in Malaysia
