A Renowned Fitness Company is looking to hire a Corporate Counsel. This company positively impacts the lives of millions around the globe, helping them prioritize their physical and mental well-being through movement and exercise. This iconic Public Company is looking to expand their legal team by adding an Counsel who focuses specifically on public corporate matters. With room to grow within the business, my client is a recognized as a great company to work for.

Responsibilities:

  • Support lean legal team with any and all corporate matters
  • Work directly with Senior Corporate AGC
  • Duties include, but aren't limited to:
    • Corporate Governance
    • SEC Filings
    • Proxy Statements
    • Investor Presentations
    • M&A activities
    • Joint Ventures
  • Draft and review policies and procedures
  • Manage outside counsel

Requirements:

  • JD from accredited law school
  • 4+ years of in-house or law firm experience
  • Public company experience required
  • Experience with corporate governance, securities, and M&A
  • Hybrid schedule --> 3 days a week on-site in Hampton, NH, or 2 days a week for Boston-based candidates
