Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead counsel on complex corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, financings, and general corporate matters.
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and strategic legal guidance.
- Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to cross-sell services and expand client offerings.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm leadership and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to the firm's growth.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Portable book of business of $500,000 or more.
- Strong client relationship skills and business development acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and professional excellence.
