A International Entertainment Company is looking to hire a Commercial Paralegal. A leader in the world of live events, this company works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to world-renowned performers and celebrities.
This company is expanding their dynamic and collaborative legal team by adding a Commercial Paralegal.
Responsibilities:
- Support global contract review and management
- Keep organized records and files
- Manage and maintain permits and licenses
- Work cross functionally and with key stakeholders
- Conduct legal research
- Work to continue to improve efficiencies
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 3+ years of Paralegal experience.
- Experience handling Contract Lifecyle Management systems and reviewing commercial agreements
- Ability to work cross functionally and support multiple teams across the business
- Exceptional organization, communication, time management, and research skills
- 3 days a week in office. Lancaster County, PA or New York, NY
