Larson Maddox is partnering with a leading commercial real estate developer based in Tustin, California to identify an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a high‑volume, sophisticated real estate practice.
Position Overview
This role will support the legal team on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, with a strong focus on development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, easements, and closing documents
- Coordinate and manage real estate closings from start to finish
- Conduct title and survey review and resolve related issues
- Assist with due diligence, entity formation, and regulatory filings
- Maintain transaction checklists and manage document organization
- Liaise with outside counsel, title companies, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in commercial real estate
- Strong experience supporting real estate development transactions
- Solid understanding of title, survey, and closing processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
