A highly-reputable, national real estate brokerage is searching for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to become the next key player in its growing legal team. In this opportunity, you will join a highly collaborative legal department where you'll play a visible role in supporting business growth, improving processes, and implementing modern legal technology solutions through contract lifecycle, licensing, and corporate legal management.
This unique opportunity to grow within one of the nation's top brokerages will consist of frequent interfacing across all business units, including executive, HR, and legal team members.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage licensing, renewals, registrations, and regulatory filings for the company and its professionals across multiple jurisdictions
- Support the implementation and optimization of contract lifecycle management technology
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, editing, and updating contractual documents
- Perform legal and regulatory research on federal, state, and local requirements
- Assist attorneys with corporate, transactional, compliance, risk management, and litigation matters
- Coordinate directly with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals and updates
- Utilize AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and legal technology solutions to increase efficiency
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience within a regulated industry, corporate legal department, law firm, compliance function, or similar environment
- Experience supporting licensing, regulatory compliance, contracts, or corporate legal matters
- Outstanding organizational, project management, and deadline-management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience using legal research platforms, CRM systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Comfort working with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled productivity tools
