REMOTE/Temporary, Paralegal - Leading Technology Company
A leading Investment Technology Company is looking to hire a TEMPORARY Paralegal. This platform supports institutional investors with their portfolios and provides data analytics and risk management materials.
The team is working on a project or reviewing, maintaining, and organizing all of their client and vendor contracts. The team needs a temporary Paralegal to spearhead these efforts. 3-4 week project
This position is fully remote, and the ideal candidate will be able to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze high client and vendor contracts
- Flag errors/issues in contracts for attorney review
- Upload accurate contracts into company's CLM system
- Work with high volume
Requirements:
- 2+ years of paralegal experience
- Must have experience handling contract review and abstraction
- Ability to manage a high volume of contracts
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experience
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
