Larson Maddox has been instructed to recruit a Real Estate Associate for a leading International law firm with one of the most highly regarded Real Estate practices in the market.
This opportunity offers the chance to join a broad real estate team advising on a wide range of complex matters across the full lifecycle of real estate assets and projects. The team acts for institutional investors, developers, investment managers, banks, corporates and public sector entities on both transactional and advisory mandates.
The role can be based in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt or Düsseldorf.
The Role
You will advise domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and portfolios
- Asset deals and share deals
- Commercial real estate transactions
- Legal due diligence and transaction structuring
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
- Project development and development-related agreements
- Commercial tenancy and leasing matters
- Asset management issues
- Real estate financing transactions alongside banking teams
- Construction and infrastructure-related real estate matters
- Public law aspects relating to real estate projects
- Joint ventures and complex investment structures
- Coordination of multidisciplinary and cross-border matters
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers while receiving direct client exposure from an early stage. The team is known for handling sophisticated mandates across office, logistics, residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use assets.
This represents an excellent opportunity for lawyers seeking a broad real estate practice combining high-quality transactional work with ongoing advisory matters.
Candidate Profile
We are looking to speak with lawyers who have:
- 0-5 years' PQE in Real Estate
- Experience gained at a leading international or well-regarded German law firm
- Exposure to real estate transactions, asset management, leasing, development or related real estate matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to client work
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Fluent German and strong English language capabilities
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment
