Location: Fully Remote (Texas)
A nationally recognized management-side labor & employment law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join its fully remote practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who enjoy handling employment matters from inception through resolution while maintaining a strong work-life balance and avoiding business development expectations.
What You'll Handle
- Manage employment litigation matters in federal and state courts
- Respond to administrative agency charges and investigations
- Draft and respond to demand letters
- Advise employers on a wide range of workplace disputes
- Work on matters involving Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) claims
- Collaborate closely with experienced partners, attorneys, and legal support teams
- Handle strategic case management and litigation-related work in a largely virtual environment

Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing
- 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience
- Experience handling administrative agency matters and employment disputes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong written advocacy and case management skills

- Competitive base salary: $170k-210k based on preferred billable minimum
