- Work with team to manage discovery and subpoenas.
- Use extensive database to research previous cases and outcomes.
- Work with outside counsel to streamline and narrow subpoena requests.
Qualifications
The Litigation Paralegal should have…
- 5 - 8 years experience as a paralegal with litigation focus.
- Experience managed a high volume of litigation previously.
- A "go-getter" mindset with openness to learn a new software and research system.
- The ability to quickly learn new processes.
This position with function on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-person at their Dallas office and 2 days remote.
