Legal Officer
We are currently seeking a Legal Officer for our client in Hong Kong. Our client is a fast-growing emerging hedge fund that is seeking a Legal Officer to work with their marketing, product, and to manage projects and client relationship.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Provide legal support to the hedge fund and client management teams
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents of new products (SMAs and funds)
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Manage external legal counsel and other third parties
Qualifications and skills
- Strong spoken and writing English communication and negotiation skills
- Degree in Law
- 1 year of relevant legal or product management experience
- Strong attention to details
