While prior employment litigation experience is preferred, candidates with several years of general civil litigation background are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- working alongside a team to handle various litigation matters from inception to resolution. This includes tasks such as responding to pleadings, overseeing discovery processes, conducting depositions, presenting arguments in motions, and engaging in mediations.
- Interact directly with clients, assisting them with their daily concerns and offering guidance through challenging business situations.
