Larson Maddox has partnered with an AM 100 global law firm that is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney with 6+ years of experience. This is a fully remote position that focuses on representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations, consulting fortune 500 companies on their EEOC Charges, and responding to administrative agency charges.
Key Responsibilities of the Labor & Employment Attorney:
- Communication between clients and administrative agencies
- Drafting persuasive position statements
- Representing clients at remote hearings and mediations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from reputable Law School
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Employment Law
- Active bar license in the state of residency
- Employment litigation experience
