We have exclusively partnered with an AM 100 global law firm looking to hire a remote Labor & Employment Attorney. You will be consulting fortune 500 companies on their EEOC Charges along with Administrative Hearings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Employment Law.
- Juris Doctor from reputable Law School
- Experience at a AmLaw 100 Firm
Responsibilities:
- Experience responding to administrative agency charges, ideally at both federal and state levels.
- Direct experience responding to EEOC charges.
- Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings and/or mediations.
