Title: REMOTE Labor and Employment Counsel
Salary: $130k - $200k

REMOTE Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
- Providing support in employment litigation matters by developing strategies and game plans for claims against the organization
- Responding to pre-litigation demands and disputes to ensure all involved parties are prepared
- Responsible for all aspects of litigation process including case assessment, strategy development, and discovery
REMOTE Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of employment specific litigation experience
- Must have an active license to practice law
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Barring in California is preferred
