Remote Complex Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated Complex Litigation Associate to join our dynamic Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling sophisticated disputes, excellent legal writing skills, and the ability to manage matters independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload involving complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, class actions, mass torts, and other high‑stakes matters.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pre‑suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct and analyze fact‑intensive and document‑heavy discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, overseeing document review, and preparing exhibits.
• Perform in‑depth legal research and draft high‑quality memoranda, dispositive and non‑dispositive motions, and appellate‑level briefs as needed.
• Assist with case strategy development and work directly with partners, clients, experts, and vendors.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as appropriate.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing.
• 1-5 years of experience in complex litigation or related practice areas preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment while meeting demanding deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively on sophisticated legal matters.
