Are you an experienced M&A attorney looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Attorney with three to six years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters. You'll be at the forefront of high-stakes transactions, providing critical support to public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead due diligence teams, managing specialists to ensure thorough and efficient due diligence processes.

  • Draft and review key documents related to mergers and acquisitions, including purchase agreements, term sheets, and disclosure schedules.

  • Provide strategic legal guidance on deal structuring and negotiate critical transaction terms.

  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients, handling complex legal matters with minimal supervision.

  • Manage multiple assignments and ensure all legal work is executed with precision and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

  • Proven experience leading due diligence teams and managing specialists.

  • Strong drafting skills, with a solid background in drafting transaction documents.

  • Excellent writing skills, superior academic credentials, and the ability to handle complex legal tasks independently.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team setting.
