Qualifications
- 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience
- Advanced degree in a life sciences or related scientific discipline preferred (Ph.D. strongly preferred)
- Strong academic credentials and communication skills
- USPTO registration required or ability to obtain registration within the first year of employment

Compensation
The position offers a highly competitive compensation package, with an anticipated base salary range of $225,000-$435,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, retirement savings programs, paid time off, parental leave, and other employee benefits.
