This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with experience handling general liability, transportation, catastrophic injury, or personal injury defense matters who are looking for greater responsibility, sophisticated work, and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Handle depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and provide strategic case guidance
- Work closely with experienced litigators in a highly collaborative environment
- Take on meaningful responsibility and client-facing work from day one
What They're Looking For
- California licensed attorney
- 6+ years of defense litigation experience
- Background in insurance defense, personal injury, and general liability required
- Experience in transportation, auto, or catastrophic injury defense a plus but not required
- Strong writing, litigation, and client management skills
- Trial experience is a plus
