Global Entertainment Leader - Corporate Paralegal

We've partnered with a global leader in live entertainment and venue services that is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal / Legal Administrator to join their legal team. This company operates across multiple jurisdictions and supports large-scale events, hospitality, and commercial services. The role will focus on contract management, corporate governance, compliance, and entity administration within a fast-paced, event-driven environment. The position is based in New York City on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, including intake, routing, execution, and tracking for a variety of agreements (vendor, sponsorship, marketing, venue, leases).
  • Maintain contract resources such as templates, playbooks, and clause libraries; monitor renewals and key obligations.
  • Support corporate governance by preparing board materials, resolutions, and organizational documents.
  • Manage entity records, filings, and registrations, including formations, annual reports, and licensing compliance.
  • Assist with regulatory and KYC documentation, certificates, and insurance requests.
  • Provide subpoena and litigation support, including coordinating responses, managing legal holds, and liaising with outside counsel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on RFPs, due diligence, and special projects; maintain version control and document standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as calendaring, e-billing, and process improvements for the legal department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of corporate paralegal or legal administrative experience, ideally in-house or at a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and contract administration; familiarity with compliance and discovery processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CLM systems, e-signature platforms, and e-billing tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
