FCC Senior Manager - International Corporate Bank
A globally corporate bank with a long-standing presence in Hong Kong is seeking a senior compliance professional to join its Financial Crime Risk function.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
As Senior Manager within the Financial Crime Risk team, you will play a strategic role in shaping and executing AML/CFT and KYC frameworks. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading enhancements to due diligence and client onboarding processes in line with global standards.
- Providing expert advisory on high-risk client reviews, sanctions compliance, and regulatory documentation (CRS/FATCA).
- Overseeing internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting.
- Designing and delivering AML/CFT training programs and contributing to policy development.
- Driving governance improvements and ensuring effective escalation protocols across the business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Law, Business, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a focus on advisory and governance.
- Strong technical knowledge of SOF, SOW, CRS, FATCA, and sanctions regulations.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and change-driving capabilities.
