Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.
- Participate in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations as appropriate.
- Manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience.
- Exceptional research and writing skills.
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school; law review or journal experience preferred.
- Judicial clerkship experience highly valued.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
