About the Role
A publicly traded Global Cybersecurity company is looking to expand and add an experienced AI/ML Counsel. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to lead legal initiatives in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence and have hands on impact. Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on matters related to artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance with regional and global regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts relevant to AI/ML applications and partnerships.
- End-to-end Legal support for AI Products, Features, and Technologies.
- Develop and implement robust audit and compliance frameworks for AI projects, ensuring they meet both regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between legal policies and organizational objectives.
Required Skills
- 8-12 years of legal experience: with a focus on technology and software product counselling for multinational software companies. In-house experience is an advantage.
- Machine Learning Experience: in the Legal sense.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex legal documents and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation and collaboration.

This role is fully remote.
