Private Equity Paralegal
A leading private investment firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain broad exposure to legal, compliance, corporate, and fund-related matters within a sophisticated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage a variety of agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and other commercial contracts
- Assist with fund formation projects and ongoing legal entity maintenance
- Maintain legal documentation, contract databases, and corporate records
- Support compliance, regulatory, and recordkeeping initiatives
- Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters
- Assist with legal operations and special projects across the organization
Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate required
- Experience reviewing and drafting contracts
- Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a law firm, financial services organization, investment firm, asset manager, banking institution, or in-house legal department preferred
- Exposure to private funds, fund formation, or investment management matters is a plus

- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
