Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and Respond to Discovery and Initial Pleadings: Demonstrate your legal expertise by crafting and responding to essential documents.
- Draft and Argue Motions: Utilize your persuasive skills to advocate effectively in court.
- Take and Defend Depositions: Manage witness testimonies with confidence and precision.
- Handle ESI Discovery: Navigate electronic discovery with ease and accuracy.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Significant experience in employment law and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law is a plus. However, candidates with strong litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in employment law are encouraged to apply.
