We are seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join a dynamic team in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on complex employment matters in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Handle significant employment litigation, including depositions and case management
- Advise clients on a full range of employment law issues
- Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and oversee document production
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, and transportation
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling
- Active Illinois bar license and strong knowledge of Illinois-specific employment law
- Excellent academic credentials and strong judgment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with superior interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $240,000-$255,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Performance bonuses and client development incentives
